As President of Lysaght Malaysia & Singapore, you will lead this iconic brand’s operations, driving growth and operational excellence in a competitive and dynamic market.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability for Lysaght operations in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Oversee the sales, manufacturing, and marketing of Lysaght products, focusing on industrial, commercial, and large residential segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  
  

Financial Management

• Deliver agreed budget volumes, revenues, and EBIT through sound financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Ensure sustainable growth with efficient facility management, CapEx planning, and resource optimization.
  
  

Market Expansion and Innovation

• Identify and exploit growth opportunities in local markets and product portfolios.
• Lead initiatives that drive innovation and maintain competitiveness in the building and construction market.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Ensure operations comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO Environment 14001, and other regulatory standards.
• Champion a culture of Zero Harm by fostering health, safety, and environmental excellence across all sites.
  
  

Team Leadership and Development

• Build and lead high-performing, collaborative teams across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Establish a robust talent pipeline to ensure successors are ready for key managerial and leadership roles.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and alignment with “Our Bond” values.
  
  

Compliance and Risk Management

• Uphold corporate governance standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Proactively manage business risks to safeguard Lysaght's reputation and operations.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including P&L responsibility in the building materials or industrial products sector.
• Strong expertise in marketing, sales, and operational management.
• Proven track record in leading regional or national operations with multifunctional teams.
• Skills:
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Effective people leadership and team development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and financial oversight.
