Process Owner (Finance Shared Service)

Our client is seeking a Process Owner to take charge of their Invoice to Cash (I2C) process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the design and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Own and develop global I2C Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and reporting standards.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and communication materials.
• Lead standardisation efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives for I2C processes, policies, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and ensure compliance with control frameworks.
• Implement process automation and support the transition of processes, ensuring seamless execution and integration.
• Participate in system changes and oversee the implementation of process/policy/reporting designs as planned.

What you bring:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Controlling
• 10 years in I2C process operations, process design, or Shared Services
• Strong understanding of I2C process design, ERP systems, transactional accounting, and controls
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong presentation skills; ability to conceptualise complex ideas
