As a Process & Referential Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting Air Liquide Group's compliant procurement framework across the APAC region. This involves defining, communicating, and controlling procurement policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will audit, advise on, and lead projects designed to improve overall procurement performance by country, leveraging your experience to design operational solutions within P2P systems such as COUPA, ZYCUS, SNOW, and ORACLE.



How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


Risk and Internal Controls:

  • Develop robust metrics to monitor the compliance of procurement activities against our established referential guidelines.
  • Analyze these metrics to provide actionable insights and support management in strategic decision-making.
  • Study recommendations and options to launch targeted corrective actions on a project basis, ensuring quantifiable results.


Support to Execution and Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide essential support to APAC Procurement activities in conducting procurement risk assessments and performing data-based root cause analysis.
  • Contribute significantly to the definition and implementation of effective mitigation plans.
  • Help develop and deploy APAC procurement guidelines, ensuring the consistent local application of hub directions.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Group Central Team as necessary to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
  • Support the follow-up on findings clearance, risk mitigation, and the execution of corrective actions.
  • Participate actively in the surveillance and enforcement of the procurement code of conduct.
  • Lead or contribute to impactful Continuous Improvement projects, promoting digitalization and innovation within procurement.


Reporting:

  • Consolidate, meticulously analyze, and professionally present procurement results.
  • Coordinate and drive performance improvement plans based on analytical findings.
  • Accurately report on the progress of all corrective actions.



Are you a MATCH?


Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive referential documentation.
  • Experience in auditing procurement activities is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated significant entrepreneurship or innovative achievement.
  • Experience in managing complex projects.
