Job Responsibility

  • To assist and support the procurement process.
  • To generate purchase order for approval and forward to respective suppliers.
  • Receive, count, and verify incoming orders, ensure proper amount of the goods.
  • Confirm all incoming and outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition.
  • Process shipping request, requisitions, or purchase orders.
  • Replenish inventory, prepare items for shipment.
  • Arrange the transportation for the shipment, ensure customer received product.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignments given by Management

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess SPM and Onwards can apply
  • English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional)
  • At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position .
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
