Job Responsibility
- To assist and support the procurement process.
- To generate purchase order for approval and forward to respective suppliers.
- Receive, count, and verify incoming orders, ensure proper amount of the goods.
- Confirm all incoming and outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition.
- Process shipping request, requisitions, or purchase orders.
- Replenish inventory, prepare items for shipment.
- Arrange the transportation for the shipment, ensure customer received product.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignments given by Management
- Candidates must possess SPM and Onwards can apply
- English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional)
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position .
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
