Job Responsibility

  • Process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory records.
  • Assist in evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to procurement activities.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the related departments (Warehouse, QA QC department, etc.) to ensure smooth running operation and proper storage

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement/purchasing department
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities and transactions
  • Proficient in inventory management and forecasting, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Proactive with a high sense of urgency.
