- Process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory records.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to procurement activities.
- Coordinate and work closely with the related departments (Warehouse, QA QC department, etc.) to ensure smooth running operation and proper storage
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement/purchasing department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities and transactions
- Proficient in inventory management and forecasting, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Proactive with a high sense of urgency.
