Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Predict and forecast price movement and fluctuations.
• To build and maintain good relations with suppliers and vendors.
• Implement effective procurement strategy by forecasting over a longer period or across projects
• Make recommendations on policies and procedures as needed to improve on procurement performance and co-ordination with other departments.
• Conducting periodic costing analysis, as and when required.
• Regular discussion with internal customers (Project & Contract team members) to obtain optimum prices, ensure right products and right quantity is delivered.
• To work with project team on alternative proposals with the aim for attaining the best possible project outcome.
• Ensures suppliers deliver materials and services in accordance with standards of price, time, quantity and quality agreed upon.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or any other business-related studies
• At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in construction related industry
• Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
• Knowledge and skills:, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills
