Procurement Executive

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for sourcing, developing, validating and communicating for local and oversea procurement.
• Monitor, plan and purchase the products required to ensure sufficient stock for production & event requirement.
• To source, compile, negotiate and evaluate the prices, specifications and terms of the products to identify the optimal decision for purchase.
• To review and update existing and new products cost and quality to recommend opportunities for cost optimization.
• Responsible for entire material purchasing cycle, follow up deliveries and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
• Ensure Purchasing documents are properly filed on time and for easily retrieval.
• Worked closely with operation team to make sure that accurate stock quantity levels were always maintained.
• To perform inventory or stock count monthly or as and when required.
• Undertake other special assignments assigned by Top Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a procurement executive or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Preferably those that can communicate in Mandarin.
