We are growing, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to come on board as a Product Designer, with the role being remote - based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Mission
The Product Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that drive product success and ensure user satisfaction. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will conduct user research, develop and iterate on wireframes and prototypes, and drive end-to-end design decisions.
We’re seeking a designer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, and deeply understands the problem space—making a significant impact on both the user experience and business outcomes.

- Develop and iterate on user-centered design solutions that address real user needs, business challenges, and technical constraints while supporting both immediate and long-term product objectives
- Conduct thorough user research to gather insights, synthesize findings, and translate them into clear problem statements that drive informed design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to seamlessly integrate design with functionality, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs
- Independently manage design projects from discovery to final implementation, delivering impactful solutions that contribute to broader product goals
- Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs that are engaging, user-centered, and technically feasible
- Lead design reviews by confidently presenting work, articulating design rationale, and establishing strong design practices within the team
- Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces by balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design, user research, and prototyping/wireframing
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead discussions, articulate design rationale, and work effectively with cross-functional teams in various settings (e.g., stakeholder meetings and design critiques)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in ambiguous situations—proactively identifying gaps, asking the right questions, and driving solutions without needing step-by-step direction
