Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our corporate credit cards and business platform product line, which includes corporate credit cards, expense management, cardholder experience and more, on both web app and mobile. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring that our financial products meet customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Corporate cards product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all financial products are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • User Experience: Champion exceptional user experience by collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong experience in UX driven and interface centric products
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and product development cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward common goals.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of credit card network fundamentals
  • Experience working with crypto enabled products and a curiosity for Web3
  • Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling organization
  • A degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
