Product Marketing Engineer

Job Responsibility

  • Promote products positively. To assist sales strategy by introducing the products and solutions to channel clients. Guide client to do product selection and setup.
  • Fully explore, collect and analyze market product information and customer information (including Dahua and other brands from the whole industry), then output corresponding product promotion materials and plans.
  • Hold the product training. Improve the CCTV technical knowledge of clients. Facilitate the clients to accept the certificated product training.
  • Gather clientsâ and marketâs technical requirement and feedback for company product and solution. Keep following the improvement and refinement solution from the company to clients.
  • Provide technical support. Feedback promptly to customers; coordinate internal and external resources; keep a long-lasting follow-up for customers. Troubleshoot online and onsite.
  • Promote brand with marketing team. Deeply introduce technical and product advantage of Dahua brand to stimulate sales.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in CCTV, IT or other related telecommunicate and security industry is preferred.
  • Good Englishï¼Chinese and Malay verbal and written skills. Good communication skills and excellent customer service skills are needed.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in bachelorâs degree in Electronic or similar preferred.
