Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to set and track OKRs, KPI, and continuously improve products based on performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster communication and alignment between teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Growth: Take ownership of learning and development, staying updated with industry trends and product management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or any related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years in product management, business, or related areas. Previous project leadership or internships preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with basic HVAC knowledge (or a willingness to learn)
