Product Quality Executive

About the role

Are you passionate about ensuring product quality for our Customers? Join our team at Solid Corporation Sdn Bhd as a Product Quality Executive based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, and you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our product quality standards and increase our customers satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Implement and maintain quality control processes;
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and generate reports to Management on product performance, product quality issues, and suppliers performance;
• Review product discrepancy and inspection report to resolve product quality issues and feedback to suppliers if necessary;
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality issues are addressed promptly;
• Support quality management systems and initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or any related field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or similar role, but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with relevant department/ team;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
