Key Responsibilities: -
- Production Supervising
- To plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance.
- Communicate and coordinate between Sales - Production - Logistic to ensure smooth delivery on time.
- Compliance & Safety
- To prepare reports in timely manner.
- Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards ISO13485:2016.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Leadership guidance
- Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, logistics or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Adequate communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of using MS Word, Excel & PPT.
- A team player.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams such as procurement, production, and logistics.
- Experience with planning software, demand forecasting, inventory management and production scheduling.
- Knowledge in ISO13845:2016 may be an advantages.
