Production Executive

Immediate Intake and Immediate Hiring

1. Preferable those who are fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) as there is a need to handle high-end documentations and reports in Mandarin Language.
2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
3. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate production forecasting.
4. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
5. Work closely with the QA/QC team to address any quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Manage and optimize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production targets efficiently.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
9. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.
10. Uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
11. Conduct regular safety training and promote a safety-conscious culture among production staff.
12. Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
13. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
14. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
15. Schedule and oversee routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
16. Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics, efficiency, and any challenges encountered.
17. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
18. Manage and monitor your own department workers (i.e. attendance, appraisal, disciplinary issues, etc.)
19. Any Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by management.
20. Willing to travel to different branches for checking and understanding production.
