Job Responsibilities
- To provide nursing aid to employees having minor ailments.
- To provide first aid during emergency and industrial accidents. Advised the injured on the need for further consultation with doctor.
- To handle employees seeking medical treatment during office hours and refer to the company doctor if necessary.
- To conduct the annual spirometry test on employees and schedules the employees for the annual x-ray.
- To coordinates with the Industrial Health Consultant for the employees’ annual medical surveillance.
Job Requirement
- Must require to be a qualified State Registered Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills to identify and address potential health and safety risks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of emergency response and first aid procedures.
