- To in charge of the product workmanship, product quality of methods, techniques and processes
- To optimize production output with minimum cost
- To assist factory manager to execute various production management
- To ensure and oversee all production activities and operator comply to workplace safety requirements
- To work closely with other departments from time to time
- To perform all other duties as assigned or needed
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
