Responsibilities
- Operate various production machinery and equipment efficiently while following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Assemble products or components as per production specifications and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards. Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Load and unload materials onto production lines and maintain an organized work area.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Notify maintenance staff of any equipment malfunctions.
- Complete necessary production records, including work orders, logs, and inspection reports.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and workspaces to maintain a tidy and safe working area.
- Minimum SPM level.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and understand technical processes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical health, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to work in shift
