主要職責
- 根據專案要求和期限制定詳細的生產計劃。
- 與專案、工程和採購團隊協調，使生產與安裝時間表保持一致。
- 監控並調整時間表以適應專案變化、材料延遲或機器故障。
- 審查物料清單 (BOM) 並協調材料可用性。
- 與採購緊密配合，確保進口零件（鋁型材、玻璃、墊片、配件）能及時到達。
- 規劃和追蹤來自海外供應商的原材料和零件（例如鋁型材、玻璃、硬體）的進口運輸。
- 就預訂、裝運單據、HS 代碼和交貨時間表與採購和貨運代理進行聯絡。
- 跟進海關清關事宜並解決與貨運代理或報關行之間的延誤或分歧。
- 規劃並協調將成品幕牆單元或組件運送給國際客戶（例如美國專案）。
- 準備或核實裝運文件，如裝箱單、發票和出口申報單。
- 確保遵守客戶的裝運指示、出口法規和國際貿易術語。
- 監控庫存水準並儘量減少庫存過剩或短缺。
- 追蹤每日生產進度並找出瓶頸。
- 產生有關生產績效、材料使用情況和交付預測的每週報告。
- 向專案管理和高階領導提供狀態更新。
- 充當生產、專案管理、工程和倉庫團隊之間的聯絡人。
- 確保及時傳達計劃變更、優先事項或緊急生產需求。
- 機械工程、製造、工業工程或相關領域的學位/文憑。
- 至少 3 年生產計畫經驗，最好是帷幕牆、外牆或建築材料製造的經驗。
- 能夠讀懂施工圖和物料清單。
- 熟悉帷幕牆系統組件和製造流程。
- 優秀的組織和時間管理能力。
- 較強的分析和解決問題的能力。
- 有效的溝通和團隊合作能力。
- 能夠使用英語、馬來語和中文進行有效溝通（最好能夠口語和書面表達）。
- 能夠承受壓力並適應不斷變化的優先事項。
