Job Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Allocate, supervise and manage the activities of production team to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment maintenance is up to par and streamlined manufacturing processes.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including production performance metrics, inventory levels, and equipment status.
- Ensure proper documentation of production activities, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle clients and logistic partnerâs requests and queries professionally.
- Monitor manufacturing materials inventory, conduct quality check upon materials receipt and identify cost-effective suppliers.
- Manage team workload, set priorities, meet deadlines and inspire teamâs morale.
- Collaborate with staff on various operational matters.
- Write and respond to business or technical correspondence.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by Management.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or English
- At least a Technical Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering or similar field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude, collaborative teamwork mindset, and great interpersonal skills.
- Great written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability to change, with a demonstrated ability to pivot and find solutions to new challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, great leadership skills capable of inspiring and managing a team effectively.
- Familiarity in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process, fabrication, machinery equipment and safety policies. Relevant experience in HVAC or related industry and ISO certification requirements would be highly advantageous.
- Additionally, working experience with AutoCAD, CAMDuct or similar computer-assisted-design software would be highly advantageous.
- Applicant must be willing to work in SME factory environment, located in Balakong, Selangor.
- Salary: Negotiable, based on working experience
- Working Hours: [Mon-Fri] 8.30am â 5.30pm ; [Sat] 8.30am-12.00pm
