Production Supervisor

You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and the Code of Practice (COP) for safety. You will maintain efficient production processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.
• Plan and assign manpower based on daily production needs and operator skills.
• Conduct and record Daily Toolbox meetings to discuss safety, quality, and productivity.
• Supervise and support production operators.
• Coordinate with maintenance/engineering for prompt machine repairs and support troubleshooting.
• Train and develop production staff for better skills and efficiency.
• Ensure product quality standards are met throughout production.
• Promote continuous improvement activity and help resolve quality issues.
• Check and verify production documents & record (QIR, Machine Inspection Checklist, etc.).
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Diploma or Degree in any related disciplines.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Experience in metal roll forming or related industries are an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
