Production Supervisor

Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operation.

To check the quality check from every day.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the facility.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce waste, and streamline processes.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operation performance and implement continuous improvement in accordance to the requested standards.

Identify the potential risk at the operation site and carry out the mitigation plan.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Familiar in Molding process/ Machine Setup.

Collaborate with management to align operations with overall company objectives.

Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering is a plus.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve company goal.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

To conduct the On-Job-Training to operators.

At least 3 years of related experience in operation management (know molding process well), preferably in machining industry
