Job Description

1. Collaborate with sales executive to responsible for overall sales administration operation documents process and credit control functions, start from [a] Assist in following up SPA and Loan documentations are executed and stamped expeditiously, [b] monitoring the progress billings and collections, until [c] delivery of vacant possession.

2. To generate and sending out progress billings/invoices to purchasers upon receipt of the Architect Certificate on an accurate and timely basis.

3. To assist sales executive and ensure prompt collections of all receivables, eg: progress billings, interest and other outgoing payments.

4. To liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties in order to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.

5. To assist executive to attend all the correspondences with purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties in connection with the documentation, billings, collections and etc.

6. To assist in preparation of report such as sales figures, sales forecasts, and billing claims to management periodically.

7. To maintain confidentiality of the purchasers and Company’s information and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.

8. To assist in preparation of report in all authorities submission including filling up information required by NAPIC, HIMS, KPKT,such as 7E & 7F report on a timely and accurate basis.

9. To assist in execution and preparation of change of ownership documents for all parcels properly transferred with the CCC notification and updating the appropriate authorities.

10. To prepare for the handing over of Vacant Possession (VP) documents and coordinate with Project Team, financial institutions and solicitors for the timely handover of VP to purchasers.

11. To maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents control.

12. Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (optional).

• Must be willing to work on weekends / public holiday if required.

• Good and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possess a high level of integrity, result-oriented, able to meet deadline.

• Able to handle related duties independently with minimum supervision and well organized.

• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Words, Excel)

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an advantage.
