Job Purpose
- Plan the daily work in Production Area in order to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently
- Program and supervise work in extra time
- Supervise & cross train team
- Plan & Manage Team holidays
- Identify areas for efficiency improvements
- Always ensures full contingency cover
- Record and investigate non conformances, reworking where possible.
- Coordinate and ensure maintenance of the production equipment according to the established schedule.
- Liaison between department and Senior Management concerning trends and problem areas.
- Monitor hazardous waste activities in Production.
- Analyze and monitor the indicators, in order to take the necessary measures.
- Guarantee cleanliness and order of the factory.
- Ensure compliance with the company's industrial safety guidelines for the Production.
- Prepare Production related Operations procedure and Work Instructions.
- Knowledge of production processes
- Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001)
- English knowledge
- Leadership and personnel management
- Good communication & organization skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and data interpreting skills
- Work well under pressure and results driven
- Degree in Industrial engineering, administration or related areas preferred
- Experience in the similar position for at least 2 years
