Program Management Engineer/Executives (Manufacturing)

Job Description:

• Being a window, daily communication with customer site.
• Be the Champion of the customer and the customer's voice throughout the factory. Effectively communicate all customer requirements to appropriate departments. Coordinators coordinate cross-functional teams at Kuantan site internally and customer site. Communicating with planning and purchasing team for order fulfillment.
• To manage forecast, PO in ERP system, customer’s OPO report, and OTD performance.
• To arrange shipment per OPO requirements and send packing list & Invoice to customer.
• To analyze customer’s demand/sales changes details on weekly basis and communicate with Program Manager and customer accordingly.
• To report regularly to PM regarding any issue to meet customer’s demand.
• To follow and do the job per company’s procedure/requirement, and other job assigned by PM. Assist PM to transfer new projects.
• To conduct contract review and assist PM to maintain after sales service.
• To assist PM on ECN implementation.
• To host customer visits at Kuantan site and prepare presentations for customers.
• Model of TT Way commit to delivering BE TT.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years similar working experience in multinational EMS.
• Good command of English, both written and oral is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including with senior management, customers at all levels of management, suppliers, and factory personnel.
• Strong project management, business analysis and sales skills.
• Familiar with, and conform to EHS policy, report all accidents, incidents, near misses and damage to their team leader or manager.
• Good English skills for speaking listening & writing.
• Experience of being a project coordinator in EMS.
• PO management experience.
