Job Responsibility
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out and construction materials
- Administration works including coordinating tender activities, monitoring materials, construction cost and procurement, site valuation, variation orders, verifying construction progress claims and finalization of accounts
- Cost controlling activities
- Monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, paired with excellent communicative skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveyor/Construction or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to work well as a team player in the process of completing each project
- Independent, self-motivated and result oriented
