Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- To assist Project Manager on day-to-day operations and participate in overall project management including, but not limited to, preparing tender/proposal submission, PTWs and site accesses, and permit applications.
- To handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, organizing project files, etc.
- To execute effective and efficient documentation process which includes, but not limited to, creating, updating, and maintaining project documents, reports, and presentations while ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible to internal team members.
- To perform data entry into companyâs tracking systems and help monitor project timelines and deliverables with accuracy and punctuality.
- To liaise with relevant local authorities and consultants which includes monitoring and following up progress with relevant parties on permit-related matters including new site submissions and renewals.
- Any other ad-hoc duties deemed necessary or assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a diploma/degree in Project Management, Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge in Civil/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or related field is an additional advantage.
- Experiences in Telecommunication industry is an additional advantage.
- Minimum one (1) year of work experience in related field. Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Computer literate (proficient with MS Office tools).
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Able to work flexible hours, multitask when needed, and work under pressure with tight schedule.
- Meticulous, analytical thinker, and highly detail oriented.
- Positive attitude, open-minded, self-motivated, progressive, proactive, passionate on collaborative teamwork, and excel at interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Have a strong desire to learn and grow in a project management environment.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing and able to travel anytime and anywhere (when necessary) and possess own transport.
