Project Administrator

Work Location: Subang Jaya
Employment Type: Contractual

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and change logs.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements; prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
• Compile regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Ensure version control and proper filing of all project documentation in accordance with audit and compliance standards.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and evidence.
• Monitor compliance with project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in tracking project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Maintain communication logs and stakeholder engagement records.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in similar environment.
• Proficient in software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
• Experience in software development/application environment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
