- 領導和管理多個專案從啟動到完成，確保它們按時、在範圍內並在預算內交付。
- 與內部團隊、外部供應商和利害關係人協調和溝通，以確保專案順利執行。
- 制定並實施營運策略、流程和最佳實踐，以提高效率和生產力。
- 使用適當的工具和技術監控專案進度和績效；向管理階層和利害關係人報告狀態更新。
- 識別潛在風險和問題並主動制定緩解計畫。
- 有效分配資源、管理專案預算和控製成本。
- 準備與專案里程碑和營運績效相關的文件、報告和簡報。
- 支持高階管理層進行策略規劃和決策。
- 工商管理、專案管理、工程或相關領域的學士學位。
- 具有豐富的營運和/或專案管理經驗（通常為 3-5 年）。
- 強大的領導、組織和溝通能力。
- 精通專案管理工具（如 MS Project 等）
- 優秀的解決問題能力和對細節的關注。
- 能夠在壓力下工作並同時管理多個優先事項。
- 擁有 PMP 或類似認證者優先。
- 熟悉資訊科技產業，通常是人力資源管理系統 (HRMS) 和財務軟體。
- 具備資訊科技產業工作經驗。
- 強大的分析和流程改善技能。
