Job Responsibility

Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to our clients.
  • Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations.
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared
  • Responses to customer emails and calls are timely.
  • Gather and update information and troubleshoot problems using available resources efficiently.
  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.
  • Any adhoc as and when required.

â This work is based on Office & Onsite

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business or as equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service working experience; experience in the industry of home products and electrical appliances is an advantage.
  • Good oral and written skills in Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate with good phone etiquette and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with documentation and billing experience will be added advantage.
  • Mature, disciplined, and able to follow SOP and leader's instructions.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Demonstrate strengths in interpersonal, team player and organizational skills.
