Job Descriptions
- To perform business analysis work that includes current state analysis, future state definition, planning, requirements analysis and design, solution evaluation, verification, and change management.
- Under general direction, perform business analysis for business process and system changes.
- Conduct preliminary study of business need, clarify user requirements, design customer journey, and analyze alternative solutions.
- Update business models and rules, provide input for detailed data models and flow diagrams.
- Drive data needs for process metrics and ongoing management of process health.
- Develop acceptance criteria and test plans.
- Responsible for managing SIT and UAT execution with support from project team.
- Compliance to ethical and professional conduct policies, standards and guidelines set by company and regulators.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in digital products or services development (Mobile or Web) and/or healthcare process will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology,Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
