Your missions will include the follow
ing:NGO and Local Partners Engagem
- ent:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local non-governmental organisations (NGOs), universities and other partners to enhance beneficiary recruitment effo
- rts.Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for partnership and engagem
- ent.Act as a liaison between the organisation and external partners, ensuring effective communication and coordinat
ion.Beneficiary Recruitm
- ent:Develop and implement strategies to identify and recruit beneficiaries for our programs and initiati
- ves.Utilise the network of NGOs and universities to tap into diverse pools of potential beneficiar
- ies.Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about our organisation's mission and programs within the commun
ity.Outreach Strategies Developm
- ent:Formulate innovative outreach strategies to maximise the impact of recruitment effo
- rts.Analyse demographic and community data to tailor outreach approaches for specific target gro
- ups.Stay informed about best practices and trends in outreach and engagement to continuously improve strateg
ies.Collaboration and Coordinat
- ion:Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organisational goals and objecti
- ves.Coordinate events, workshops, and campaigns in collaboration with NGOs and universities to boost recruitm
- ent.Ensure seamless communication and information flow between the organisation, partners, and potential beneficiar

Qualificat
- ions:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Social Sciences, International Development, e
- tc.).Proven experience in outreach, engagement, or partnership development, preferably in the non-profit se
- ctor.Strong interpersonal and communication sk
- ills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakehol

This is a cooperation on a contractor basis, 20-24 hours per
week.
