Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Assisting in supervising the progress and quality of renovation & upcoming projects to ensure compliance with project schedule, specifications and requirements;
• Coordinate all site activities before, during and after the fit out/renovation process to ensure smooth implementation of the project within schedule and quality;
• Continuously monitor project quality is in conformance with specification and requirements;
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, landlords, logistics providers and all stakeholders to ensure compliance to all requirements and procedures;
• Report to the Project Manager on progress of work and manpower status;
• Responsible on daily site activities reporting to the Project Manager;
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions;
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track;
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures;
• Project administrative work; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties required by the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in project management, as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
