Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to Time, Cost, and Scope objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and coordinate among stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to management and stakeholders as necessary.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals during the execution stage to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
• Prepare detailed progress reports, documenting project phases, challenges, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, installation, and testing, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Responsible for the electrical design of systems (e.g., UPS) in accordance with industry standards and specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the electrical, power plant, or energy equipment services industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
