Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
- Ensure all engineering and construction works comply with project specifications and standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and method statements.
- Supervise and monitor site works, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Provide technical support and resolve site issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities as required.
- Support the testing, commissioning, and handover phases of the mill.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in palm oil mills.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Able to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
- Good team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and be stationed at project sites.
