Project Engineer (Manufacturing background)

• Manage sample and follow up to mass production
• Responsible to follow up New Project Testing of Plastic Injection and secondary process
• Responsible to develop process line layout and documents preparation
• Ability to operate manufacturing system as BOM / Process Flow / FMEA / WI etc
• Work with Tool Maker, QA and customer for testing feedback and Quality / Dimension discussion
• Ensure product meeting as per customer requirement spec and working with QA Team for part approval process (PPAP)
• Execution of projects as well as co-ordination with clients & internal customers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
• Continue improvement for production process cycle time and yield rate study

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma/Degree in Polymer / Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in “Plastic/Rubber" manufacturing
• Working experience in Secondary Processes (Spray/Printing) will have added advantages
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player
• Conversant in various computer software applications like Autocad
• Willingness to perform long hours if needed
• Able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Candidate with secondary education but possess similar working experience are encouraged to apply
