About The Job

The primary focus of the role will involve managing orders for supply of Alfa Laval solutions to Prepared Food & Beverage system. The role will be responsible for the successful and timely execution of orders of moderate to high complexity, from the time of sale to deliver and commissioning covering all aspects including commercial and technical.

Job Description

• Ensuring fulfilment of signed project contracts.
• Review cost estimation for assigned projects from the preliminary engineering documents and commit the project margin. Monitor and control project expenses throughout the project execution to ensure projects complete within budget while maintain the project quality.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the time frame by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving issues arise along the execution.
• Maintain good relationship with customers and to meet their satisfaction without compromising Alfa Laval profitability.
• Ensure safety for all personnel from designing of systems and equipment up to fabrication and commissioning.
  
  

What You Know

• You have a structured and systematic approach, proactive, and have excellent follow-through.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with minimum 5 years or more working experience in project management / production / process engineering.
• Basic knowledge on valves, electrical motor, instrumentation, automation, and structural engineering as well as interpreting engineering documents.
• Knowledge and exposure in aseptic and non-aseptic processes
• Experience in food processes is a must. Exposure to edible oil will be an added advantage.
