職位描述
- 確保專案按照專案經理的建議在提供的勞動力和材料預算參數範圍內進行。
- 準備並提交每月進度索賠（經專案經理批准），並根據需要與客戶跟進索賠金額的協議、付款證明以及最終及時支付發票。
- 在獲得專案經理和/或合約管理部門的充分事先批准的情況下，申請/同意所有變更工作單/附加單、返還費用。
- 不斷與專案經理溝通，以追蹤安裝工作狀態和任何需要注意的未完成工作。
- 在專案文件和 PAS 中記錄所有文件、電子郵件、說明和變更，以供驗證和記錄。
- 安排/要求品質控制部門定期對專案進行追蹤檢查，以驗證工作是否按照合約文件和提交的內容進行。
- 討論/接收 PM 對所需必要工作的建議或 QC 檢查員報告的建議（如果有）以及清楚準確地糾正不符合項。
- 協助專案經理規劃所需分配的勞動力、材料、工廠、運輸和設備。
- 規劃、取消和分配材料以滿足專案要求。
- 根據專案需求，規劃主管及其下屬員工的活動。包括協調、現場考察、時間表、文件記錄等。
- 協助專案經理完成專案，同時考慮延長時間、變更單和退款費用等參數。
- 土木工程、電氣、機械或建築服務專業文憑或學位
- 2 - 4年建築業工作經驗
- 擁有同時處理多個專案的經驗
- 能閱讀並理解建築施工圖
- 良好的英語能力；書面和口頭表達能力
