Project Executive - Nationwide

As a Project Executive, you are required to be self-motivated in expanding Smart Paint's market share through new market lead sources, such as government bodies (government link companies). Your responsibilities require you to communicate widely with various stakeholders within the company and its group of companies.

Job Description

• Create new accounts and build and maintain good relationships with government departments, such as the Public Works Department, district councils, and GLCs, which include architects, civil engineers, district engineers, surveyors (QS), and contractors.
• Plan and carry out periodic visits to each government department, building relationships with relevant officials who are directly involved in the maintenance of new and existing buildings.
• Conduct product briefings for government bodies and communicate effectively.
• Be directly involved in every activity that the company conducts, including holding briefings and participating in exhibitions organized by the government.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the B2B government sector in building materials, QS, or related industries.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Possesses own transportation and is willing to travel.
