職位描述
- 協助發起和管理與外部顧問、關鍵利害關係人和客戶的合作與整合。
- 參與從構思到完成階段的整體專案規劃。
- 協助和支援專案管理團隊進行專案進度索賠和決算。
- 處理客戶的詢問並準備必要的文件，例如銷售提案、報價、Auto-cad 設計圖以供提交，參加現場會議、交接和檢查。
- 參與合約管理以及授予外部顧問、承包商和供應商的所有合約的管理。
- 根據管理層的指示管理重點專案問題。
- 向管理階層報告日常管理及任務交付。
- 繼續了解房地產市場和最佳實踐。
- 執行管理階層不時指派的臨時任務。
- 至少 2 年類似職位的工作經驗，並在房地產開發或建築行業擁有良好的經驗。鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
- 所需語言：英語、馬來語和普通話。最好具備國語水平，以便與講國語的同事聯絡。
- 工程/建築/工料測量或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
- 能夠在最低限度的監督下工作。
- 精通技術並熟練使用 Microsoft Office 和 Excel 等電腦工具。
- 具有很強的組織能力和解決問題的態度。
- 擁有自己的交通工具並願意根據專案情況出差
- 如有需要，願意在週末或公共假期工作。
