Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and ensure smooth execution of our projects, adhering to three fundamental pillars: Quality (meeting project specifications), Delivery (ensuring on-time provision of equipment and solutions), and Cost (enhancing or maintaining project margins).

Responsibilities

• Project Execution Excellence: Spearhead projects by developing comprehensive plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives to successful completion.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and strategize against potential project risks, ensuring compliance with standards and protection of company interests.
• Budget and Financial Management: Oversee project finances, perform analyses, and recommend resource allocations to optimize financial performance and project value.
• Comprehensive Project Supervision: Ensure all aspects of project execution meet established goals, from inception to final delivery.
• Scope and Change Management: Define project parameters, manage changes, and implement solutions to ensure project integrity.
• Quality and Resource Optimization: Guarantee project deliverables meet quality standards and are achieved within budget and timeframe constraints.
• Regulatory and Legal Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contractual and legal requirements, including liaising with authorities for necessary approvals.
• Process and Performance Monitoring: Track progress, quality, and costs, implementing policies and procedures to maintain project standards.
• Technical Expertise: Review and contribute to technical documents, drawings, and tender preparations, addressing inquiries and ensuring contract fulfilment.
• Strategic Planning: Generate schedules, RFQs, and mitigation plans to meet deadlines and address project challenges.
• Safety Assurance: Uphold stringent safety standards throughout project execution.
• Documentation and System Handover: Manage the comprehensive handover process, ensuring thorough documentation and end-user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key parties, consultant to secure future projects and expand the company's reach.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand customer needs and develop tailored proposals to deliver optimal solutions.
• Project Profitability: Take ownership of the financial success of each project from start to finish.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Experience in the oil and gas sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role focusing on air compressor and air dryer projects is an added advantage.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership capabilities, with strengths in negotiation, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
• Team Dynamics: An enthusiastic team player, adept at working effectively with various stakeholders.
• Can take travel per request: travel ratio would be higher than 80%.
