Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Scope & Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with organisational strategies.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and keep stakeholders updated on milestones and deviations.
• Change Management: Evaluate and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, using verification techniques to assess impact and feasibility.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of project activities, milestones, and financials, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering field from recognised institutions or higher learning.
2. Minimum of 5 to 7 years in management/leadership role in project management.
3. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of organising successful projects.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to define project scope, manage changes, and ensure alignment with objectives.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
7. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
