The Project Manager supports global or local transition and project initiatives, responsible for leading project management practices across Finance and Human Resources functions. This Project Manager role supporting Transition Lead / Deployment Lead (TL/DL) will be responsible for the G-BSC APAC projects portfolio. They will lead the transition and deployment project in APAC, who will be in charge of the execution of different short to long-term projects through the use of project management tools and expertise to address critical business needs with the goal of enabling business growth.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- APAC Project Manager to track overall projects monitoring, to support local reporting, risk management and efficiency reporting.
- Project Manager role to lead transition and project demand for global/ local to deliver timely results, ensure control, and maintain accountability.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk register, governance, project financial and status reports.
- Capture lessons learned from completed projects and integrate them into future projects.
- Seeks out and quantifies process-improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate communication among Identifies organizational barriers; works with Sponsors, respective functional managers, business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Organizes, plans, reviews, & communicates status of every project included in the portfolio.
- Models operational excellence, visibly demonstrating leadership/change management behaviors.
- Networks with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of professional experience; or advanced degree with minimum of than 8 years experience
- Adequate project management work experience required, minimum 8 years
- Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated skills to influence decision makes and motivate team members
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skill is must to train and coach others
- Advanced skills in Google Suite (preferred) or MS office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project (is a plus)
- Self –driven, outcomes oriented performer
- Proven success initiating changes and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in local language and capable in English
- Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification is required
