Project Manager (Johor)

Responsibilities:

• To assist General Manager on project planning & execution.
• To plan, organize, oversee and manage project implementation.
• Preparation of feasibility studies, budgeting, planning, scheduling and monitoring of site progress.
• Manage and coordinate project development to ensure smooth implementation i.e. within specific time frame, budget and desired quality.
• Coordinate, monitor and manage project works from planning, design, tender and implementation until handing over stage.
• Liaison with government departments, local authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure that construction works adhere to Company’s Policies and Project Quality Plans (PQP).
• Track approval processes to achieve Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and anticipate possible delays through troubleshooting.
• Prepare regular management and projects reports.
• Contribute ideas towards marketing strategies and business development.
• To assist and undertake any other task as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Architecture/ Building or its equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) qualification from Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing development and construction high rise projects.
• Familiar with Conquas and/or Qlassic assessment certification and the methodology.
• Well versed with Malaysian and local building laws, regulations and bylaws, as well as authority approval and submission processes.
• Experience and familiar with the latest construction methods, materials and procedures of high-end residential and commercial development.
• Willing to work at Johor Bahru Or Ulu Tiram.
