More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Project Manager - S&S APAC in Malaysia with Signify.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects across APAC from inception to completion. They ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, managing project risks, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources, customer ecosystem partners and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (5+ years)
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Projects)
