- 職責：
- 準備、更新和審查專案的工作計劃。
- 向營運團隊提供以下建議：-
- 專案進度及有待調查解決的問題。
- 人力、機械、設備和材料需求。
- 提交文件以供批准。
- 如果有任何延誤，應記錄恢復/緩解行動計劃。
- 審查分包商提交的時間表和人力分配並提供回饋。
- 識別專案計畫中工作範圍的變更並準備實際數據，更新專案進度，並在專案團隊的支持下制定可靠的進度預測。
- 製作進度報告並確保與所有客戶採取適當的規劃措施，以重新評估、談判和修改工作職責、建議、合約和預算的範圍。
- 追蹤專案並確保所有影響專案完成的問題都按照合約要求進行記錄。
- 監控和報告進度績效、進行延遲分析並提供緩解措施。
- 制定場地利用計畫和報告。
- 準備每周和每月進度報告並審查圖紙詳細資訊。
- 使用時間影響分析 (TIA) 準備時間延長申請。
- 準備招標工作計劃。
- 執行管理層不時分配的任何其他任務。
- 要求：
- 工程文憑或同等學歷。
- 至少5年建築規劃背景工作經驗。
- 熟悉JKR專案和系統。
- 熟悉建築工程的設計與建造。
- 擁有施工知識，對施工流程、術語和工作順序有深入的了解。
- 精通 AutoCAD、Primavera 和MICROSOFT PROJECT 。
- 非常擅長關鍵路徑分析。
- 擁有自己的交通工具並願意前往馬來西亞境內進行實地考察。
