Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines.
- Coordinate communication between departments to resolve issues during project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure targets are met.\
- Support the Project Manager in risk assessment and problem-solving.
- Participate in project review and improvement meetings to suggest process enhancements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Project) or similar project management tools.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in construction, interior design, manufacturing, or event planning industries.
- Familiarity with Gantt Charts or project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
