Project Planning Executive

About the role

As a Project Planning Executive with Ow Construction Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our property development projects in Kuantan, Pahang. This full-time position will see you contributing to the planning, coordination and execution of our construction initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
• To liaise with all the consultants in expediting drawings and related information.
• To monitor project costs and schedule performance including proceeding project cost and schedule control when needed.
• Assist and facilitate the feasibility study of new and planned projects.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
• Assist with the preparation of tender documents, bids and proposals.
• To coordinate and control all the architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural construction works on site.
• To ensure projects are executed according to the specifications, schedules and safety requirements.
• To liaise with consultants, internal departments authorities and contractors in terms of scheduling, designing, budgeting, quality control approval and progress claim certifications.
• To co-ordinate and monitor work performance of workers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and completion of project to meet client's requirement.'

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or other related discipline.
• Knowledge in cost estimation and town planning.
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software. Familiar with work scheduling/programming.
• Project management, planning and coordination skills.
