Project Risk Analyst (Northern Coastal Highway Project)

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field
• 12 -15 years of experience in risk analysis or management, preferably within the construction industry
• Malaysian Citizen

Tasks & responsibilities

• Risk Identification & Management: Oversee the identification, analysis, and management of risks across all projects to ensure proactive mitigation.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to the project team on risk-related issues and facilitate regular risk reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quantitative Risk Analysis: Set up and manage detailed quantitative cost and schedule risk models, and interpret the results to guide project decisions.
• Variance Monitoring: Establish and monitor acceptable variance thresholds for project cost and schedule, ensuring that projects stay within approved limits.
• Risk Assessment Leadership: Lead detailed risk assessments during each reporting cycle and contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk management function.
• Mitigation Planning & Control: Review plans and lead activities related to risk mitigation, control, planning, and reporting to maintain project integrity.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the risk management plan, procedures, and requirements within the assigned scope of work.
