Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experienced in Sales and Marketing role
• Track record of accomplishment of Cleaning services sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Outgoing personality with useful networks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Self-motivated with Go-getter attitude
• Posses own transportation (Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed)

Job Scope

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial cleaning markets.
• Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of the company's cleaning services.
• Arranging meetings with potential clients and explain the services and provide estimates and proposals
• Record information on a database and maintain clients’ database
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client concerns.
• Target appropriate clients-Facilities, premises, Companies, Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Education etc.
• Survey and assess potential clients’ needs.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.
• Understand the clients’ needs, problems as well as challenges and identify ways to develop plans on how the business could better address those needs.
• Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
