- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Proven experience in Sales or in a similar sales role.
- Looking for experienced sales personnel with relevant experience in the Building Materials and Construction industry.
- Experience in networking and dealing with client base from High-rise Building Developers, Commercial Building Developers, 5 to 6 Stars Hotels, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
